This is the 26th Annual Innovations Conference on Asphalt and Transportation. The conference started with a gathering of friends with Koch Industries sponsoring a dinner to market new products in central Illinois. Subsequently, the Midwest Traffic Conference was born to be followed by the transportation and asphalt conferences that were ultimately combined to give birth to the current ICAT conference.
This year, we not only celebrate those who believed in the vision, but also the amazing achievements realized.
